Went over safe walking routes for students within boundaries. Reviewed what needs to be submitted and completed for 2015-16 school year.

*Request in for parking lot and loading and unloading zones to be redone. A request was also sent in fall of 2013. Water hazards and business of 11000 S. are main concerns for safety. Also added safety consideration for crosswalk on Sandy Creek Dr. Future plans to hopefully re-do parking lot for easier and safer traffic flow

School Schedule For Next Year

Presented by Pat Denning. She has been attending meetings about school schedule options and has also been gathering others input.

Option #1- approx. 5.3 % of votes so far: Would include no early Fridays
Option #2- approx. 87.08 % of votes so far: This includes return of early out days on Fridays (by 1

1⁄2 hours), 10 hours monthly planning, 6 hr. 35 min. instructional time.
Option #3- approx. 7.62 % of votes so far: 1 hour early Fridays.
More info on each option has also been in faculty lounge for teachers and staff to review.

Outside duty aides would be eliminated and teachers would resume that position. That money that was being used for outside duty aides could go into specialists (music, pe, etc.) That will be a school based decision how to use that money.
