Pier 49 Pizza
- Brad from Draper location: offer 25% back for first fundraiser, 20% after. They set up and take down as well as serve. No minimum
- Offer School Tours, Pizza Box Night (possibly for Art Night)
- All Star Students-Ms. Magann to follow up and get certificates
Fun Run: Amy
- Concerns: food trucks don’t give much back, does the auction take away from the envelope donations. Possibly large prize next year. Could do quicker run-only 5 minutes-start earlier. Have earlier in the year but still fall themed. Set up games facing everything.
- Closing Assembly-October 22. Sending out link for teachers to learn Thriller, will hold a practice Monday October 21 during set up
- Possible to get 2 custodians as it is a night event, need more people
Red Ribbon Week: Mindi
- Will announce week before, teachers discuss during morning meeting, student council can make posters.
- Classic Skating Night on October 23 could be used as a kick off as well as reward for Fun Run.
- Friday-could also do PJ Day as it is the day after Halloween.
Reflections: Ms. Sullivan
- 2 winners-one from K2 and one from 3-5.
- Awards night on October 29 at 7 PM, need a few volunteers to help with set up right after school (Cindy, Chelsea)
Revised Budget: Katie Hart
- Added apparel sales and removed box tops, board approved.
T-Shirt Orders
- Will do another order as people have requested sweatshirts as well

- Box Tops is now digital through an app, just need to get parents info: send out flyers, announce via member hub. Need someone to head up Box Tops-Jamison may know someone
Social Media
- Need someone who is also in PTA meetings-Chelsea—Ms. Magann will get Facebook info and Chelsea will work with Wendi for Instagram
