i. Bulk of our budget is for staff. Some for supplies and math technology program.

iii. Proposed amendment
1. This year, Altara has seen that a part time assistant is needed. In order to better serve the needs of the students, and because we have increased behaviors that need support, an amendment to the funding plan is needed to add a part time behavior assistant. The funding is there and we want to amend our original plan to show this.

5. Action: Approve Digital Citizenship plan (Due before holiday break)
a. Digital citizenship questions from district were read aloud by Julie Fielding.

6. Safe Walking Routes report (Due end of the month)
a. Plan and discussion:
i. Concerns that need attention from the district.
1. Loading zone, we have added colored to help organize and keep kids safe from the drop off line. We would like to see that painted instead of taped.
ii. Issues to bring up with the city
1. East parking lot entrance before the crosswalk, left turning lane gets aggressive because people are waiting for crosswalk. A stop bar (stop bar for crossing) or something added to the left turn lane to show parents where to stop. Similar to a stopping situation on 11000 south and about 300 east
iii. Principal announcement issue
1. Kids are crossing at west entrance as cars are pulling in to do drop off.
iv. Any known changes to streets that affect our walkers
