Hi, I am Amy Bodell. I have four kids, all who attended or attend Altara. Brooke and Hailey are sophomores at Brighton and Alta high. Owen is in 7th grade at Indian Hills and Jack is in 4th grade here at Altara. I’ve been married for 17 years and my husband Doug is a banker for Chase. I graduated from BYU in psychology and began grad school to become a school counselor but stopped after becoming pregnant with twins. 🙂 I worked at BD Medical for several years and have also been a stay at home mom. I am entering my fourth year here at the school. I started at Altara in Tier 2, did that for a year and have been a kindergarten aide the past two years. I love kinders! I love to hike, spend time in the mountains, watch my kids’ sporting events, play pickleball and just be outside. I love to play the piano, read, do puzzles and go on vacation! I also love basketball and am a varsity assistant coach for Alta girls basketball. 🙂
