In Attendance:  Nicole Magann, Jayne Eckholdt, Alisha Harrison, Jody Hadfield, Ruthanne Sobieski, Lisa Buchmiller, Joani Richardson

  1. Data Review

             This was a harder year for discipline.  There were 80 written referrals.  Mostly in 2ndand 5th.  Biggest place for referrals is the playground.  New hire for year Julia Burnett has been in lunchroom to help and two recess aides are also out monitoring on playground. 

           

  1. CSIP

            Approved by board.  Sage testing in progress.  Scores are looking very good so far that are coming in and showing improvement. Looked at ELA for 2016/17 year compared to 2017/18 year.  4thgrade doing science (week of 5/21) and make up tests also going on.

           

  1. Thank you to Jody

            Jody has been part of SCC at Altara for years. She has been an important role in many things at Altara including the marquee, Hunstman award, Jogathon, PTA and many other hours worth of volunteering.  She is moving on to be President Elect at Indian Hills Middle School. Thank you and good luck!!!!

    • Although Veazie did not get picked for Huntsman, Jody is going to work on putting together a small binder with comments that were said about Veazie and then present it to her.
    • Marquee program was talked about and how to change font, color, scrolling and graphic options
    • First Family picnic day at Altara will be Friday June 1stat 12:20. Families invited.  There will also be games, music and other fun.
    • Faculty end of year social also that day at 2:00

 

             Future Meetings- No more for 2017-2018 school year
