We are not getting a small portion of Cell Tower money. The SCC needs to approve all expenditures.
Discussion on Mastery Report Cards
New format does not seem to give a lot of information
It is good to see where students are in individual progress.
Perhaps the format could be modified to give parents more information.
We would like parents new to the school to have a voice in the school and community.
Possible solutions: Survey Monkey, anonymous dropbox, Mrs. Magann will design a Survey Monkey
The SCC would like parents to have a link to the site where they can give input on the new Superintendent. Mrs. Magann will send out the link.
Kindergarten Changes
Some parents are upset with the changes in kindergarten, i.e. less recess, less art, and more academics
A FAQ sheet will be sent home to discuss some of the changes.
Parents are encouraged to contact their kindergartener’s teachers or Mrs. Magann with any questions.
