    1. STEAM Night, January 13th: Volunteers needed

      1. Ruby Bridges day today went well
      2. District enrollment is dropping and may be a concern in the coming years.
      3. December
        1. Alta High Madrigals coming
        2. Indian Hills Choir coming to sing to the fourth and fifth graders
        3. Superintendent will be coming to do a listening tour. He will be listening to issues or concerns. 
  1. Action: Approve allocation of cell tower funds
    1. Proposal to use those funds for teacher appreciation (lunches, etc.)
      1. Natalie Gumbo moves to approve

  1. School Safety Plan (Due before holiday break)
    1. Action: Vote to approve School Safety Plan
      1. Is the information presented by the district school safety plan or missing anything?
        1. Review report and report back to Julie Fielding
      2. School safety concerns not addressed by district plan
        1. Doors – They are being worked on. The doors not closing will stay as our number one priority.
        2. Don’t cross parking lot areas without crosswalk – Remind parents in Monday Minute
        3. Lunchroom exit – Aide will get students to playground.

  1. Looking ahead: Land Trust/TSSP
    1. We are on track for funding at current time
    2. Goals
      1. Reading: 80% of students will achieve benchmark or make typical or better growth on ALO by May 26.
      2. Math: 80% of students will show grade level proficiency or typical or better growth on Acadience Math composite by May 2026.
      3. Revisiting goals monthly with walkthrough focus points.
