- Kristen Romero brings attention to the doors to the 4th grade portables not shutting all the way being problematic.
- Michelle Erb says the kids aren’t strong enough to close them and they use them multiple times a day.
- Lauren Jaffa suggests a sensor on the 4th grade doors for teachers to hear.
- Lauren Jaffa says kids can leave the school from the exterior lunchroom doors out of view of staff.
- Julie Fielding proposes kids coming back through the halls to go to recess.
- Kristen Romero addresses the issue of visitors and volunteers being able to sign in, out of view, and that anyone can write their name on a badge and walk in if the badge printer is broken.
- Julie Fielding deems Wendy Christiensen (school secretary) is keeping the “sign in” up on her computer and validates those who enter the school.
