Dear Families,
Last week our school choir presented their holiday program, and it was amazing! Thank you so much to their directors, Lisa Pixton and Kirbie Dennison. Thanks also go to their pianist Shannon Hanks. It was a fabulous concert, and it was really fun to watch them. Watch early next month for announcements to join the spring choir. It is for students in grades 3rd-5th. They practice twice a week before school.
PBIS Points
Students work hard to earn PBIS points for following our school rules. They are able to spend those points each month for different rewards. Today we had some join a dance party with Mr. Eric with their points, and other students were able to throw a whip cream pie at two willing participants: Mrs. Foster and Ms. Twitchell. Other classes were visited by The Grinch. Thanks so much to our behavior team, including Ms. Melissa and Ms. Valentina, who work hard to support students!
Dual Immersion Program
It was great to see so many families this morning who came to watch the dual immersion holiday celebration. The students did a wonderful job singing in Spanish. They had great energy and helped us all feel the joy of the season!
