Hello Altara Community! I have been teaching for 18 years! 17 of those years have been at Altara in the third grade. I am a small town girl that grew up in N.E. Colorado. There were no mountains, but lots of corn and cows. I loved every minute of it! I moved to Utah and graduated from BYU, but I still manage to cheer for the U! I love to ski, water ski, surf, play tennis, soccer, and pickleball, cook, read, and hike up a mountain. My favorite moments circle around my family. I have 5 kids that I adore and 17 angel grandchildren that make me laugh, keep me young, and make me count my blessings.
