Our Halloween Parade will be at 9:00 am on Friday, October 29th. Due to Covid and concerns with large gatherings, our Halloween Parade will be outside this year. Parents are asked to remain outside to watch the parade. In the case of inclement weather, we will host a virtual parade like we did last year. Friday is supposed to be the warmest day this week so we have high hopes for good weather. We will parade around the school. We will start from the cafeteria doors on the west side of the building and will parade around the back of the building coming back inside through the main doors on the north side.
Just some reminders about Halloween costumes. Since we are beginning the day with the parade, students should come in their costumes. We ask that students do not have make-up that covers their entire face. Student should be recognizable. Masks will be allowed during the parade only but should be off while in the school or during parties. Students should not have any costume that violates our school dress code which includes having anything that looks like a weapon.
We also ask that parents follow the same rules if they choose to dress up. Please do not wear masks, have make-up that obscures your face, or wear costumes that may be frightening to young children. We ask that parents follow our dress code as well. We want everyone to have a fun and safe Halloween!
