- Cell Tower Funds

- Bilbow conveyed that principal Fielding would like about $1,800 (the remainder of the Cell Tower Funds) to go to the “Principal Fund” to support teachers for morale, boosters and appreciation.
- Last year the remainder of the Cell Tower Funds went towards morale, boosters and appreciation for teachers.

- Katie Esplin suggests room parent comes in once a month, unannounced, and rewards children who are present (ie. treat, dance party, flash dance).

- Briefly talked about announcing certain colors over the intercom that are located in the teachers’ color coordinated folders (ei. this is a “yellow” situation, bomb threat) to keep it confidential and keep students calm.
