Dear Parents,
Happy Halloween week! We are looking forward to a week full of fun and learning.
Halloween
We will be having our parade outside this year. Bring your camp chair and line up on the playground. We ask that parents and families line the edge of the blacktop on the South, East, and Back of the school. The parade path will be marked so you’ll know where to place your chairs. If you live within walking distance from the school, please consider walking as parking may be limited. We’ll gather all the students and begin outside at about 9:10am. Send your student in their costume ready to go at the beginning of the day.
As always, we ask for no masks, face paint that covers the whole face, or pretend or real weapons as part of their costume here at school. Save those items for other celebrations.
Thanks to all our room parents who are preparing class parties for that afternoon. Be sure you have done the background check on the district website so you will be able to volunteer.
Career Day
Career day will be on Tuesday, November 21st at 8:45 – 10:00 a.m. We are asking for volunteers to speak about their careers, so come share your expertise and awesome experiences with our students! Click the link for more information and to sign-up.
Thanks for your support. We look forward to seeing you there!
